As anyone in my orbit knows, Deep Sleep is one of my passions — precisely because I know just how it is to live without it. It was this struggle that led to my quest for Deep Sleep, and the solutions that literally changed my life. And now, I share the secrets in my Guided Preparation to Deep Sleep tutorial series.

See, I would like to share this experience with you for very good reasons.

And that can wreak havoc with our sleep patterns.

What Happens in a Guided Preparation to Deep Sleep Relaxation Session?
During these sessions, I will be joining you in the activities. We will listen to the instructions with a soundtrack of soulful, soothing music. I will follow the relaxation process with you. This means you will have guidance every step of the way.
After the session, you will be ready to go off to dreamland. In fact, you might be too relaxed to do anything else, so it will be a good idea to have everything ready for bed — remember that alarm clock for the next morning!
When will the Relaxation Sessions take place?

How can you make the most of your Relaxation Session?
Most importantly, ensure that you will be free from distractions, comfortable and ready for bed, since you might be too relaxed to do anything else after this. (Yes, these techniques work THAT well.)
A great way to get the most from relaxation sessions is to have a warm bath before we begin. Adding Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) to your bath will also ease away muscle aches and pains, and a few drops of lavender or other calming essential oils will also calm your senses.
Even dimming your lights in whatever way possible will also help.
